Privacy Policy

The student or the student’s legal guardian allows DriveWise to maintain and transmit the student’s course records and other information on this form as prescribed by the MTO
This information shall be kept in strict confidence and shall be transmitted in accordance with MTO directives for the sole purpose and only as it pertains to the MTO regulations for approved beginner driver education programs

Return and Refund Policy

DriveWise course fees and deposits are non-refundable. If payment terms are not met, services will be suspended until terms are fulfilled.

DriveWise will charge $35.00 for dishonored cheques.

The balance must be paid in full before the student begins their in-car lessons.

If an unforeseen circumstance arises, such as a death in the family and a student misses a lesson, the student will not be charged. If there are no extenuating circumstances, in-car appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a charge of the hourly rate of $50.00.

Terms and Conditions

DriveWise requires the student to be ready at the agreed-upon time for in-car appointments.

Students must have G1 present for every session.

DriveWise reserves the right to cancel the in-car appointments on short notice due to the weather, or other circumstances beyond their control.

As mandated by the MTO, Ontario driving schools are not able to issue driver's license certificates. Instead, students must request a Drivers License History (DLH) from their local vehicle licensing office ($12)
